… and another program on America’s interventions in Syria, going back to 2006

Here is a Sept 9 interview with Julian Assange of Wikileaks following the release of his book, The Wikileaks Files. The full 28 minutes are worth it — clear why the US would love to get their hands on him — but in a 7 minute clip starting about 5:00 Assange speaks about the key new document from his Syria chapter. This damning 2006 cable from US Ambassador to Syria William Roebuck (currently ambassador to Bahrain)  outlines a program of US-led destabilization and takeover that is playing out before our eyes.
